Area Manager – F&B Industry

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches across assigned locations. • Ensure all branches comply with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards. • Monitor sales performance, profitability, operating costs, and branch KPIs. • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. • Conduct regular branch visits and evaluate operational performance. • Supervise and support Branch Managers to achieve business targets. • Monitor staffing, manpower planning, training, and employee performance. • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Qatar. • Proven experience managing multiple restaurant branches is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, sales management, cost control, and profitability. • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
