Call Center Supervisor – F&B Industry

• Supervise daily call center operations and manage the customer service team. • Monitor incoming orders, customer inquiries, complaints, cancellations, and delivery-related issues. • Coordinate with food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and Keeta . • Monitor team performance, response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction. • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate with restaurant branches and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. • Support team training, performance monitoring, and service improvement. • Prepare daily operational reports and report issues to the Call Center Manager. • 5–6 years of of F&B industry experience in call center operations as Manager • Hands-on experience with food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and Keeta is mandatory. • Arabic-speaking candidates will have an added advantage. • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
