Inventory Management Executive

Mandatory Requirement: Experience in Steel Manufacturing or a Related Industry Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Executive / Officer to manage inventory, stores operations, material handling, and ERP-based inventory control processes. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inventory management, material receipts and issues, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting within the steel manufacturing or related industry. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end inventory and stores operations. • Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations. • Conduct periodic inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits. • Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions. • Maintain inventory records and transactions using ERP systems. • Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Project teams for material planning. • Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures. • Prepare inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports. • Develop and maintain reporting tools using Power BI, VBA, and MS Office. • Support purchasing, inventory, and material management activities. • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
