Interior Supervisor

• Consult with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, budget and project expectations. • Recommend suitable interior design solutions, materials, finishes, furniture and space-planning options. • Present interior design concepts, product selections and customised fit-out solutions to clients. • Generate new business opportunities through client referrals, networking and lead generation. • Conduct client meetings, showroom consultations and site visits to assess project requirements. • Coordinate with interior designers, estimators and project managers to develop accurate quotations and proposals. • Explain product specifications, material quality, pricing and project timelines to clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. • Negotiate pricing, handle customer objections and convert enquiries into confirmed projects. • Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, products and market developments in the UAE. • Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, sales activities and project requirements. • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to company revenue growth • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design consultancy, interior fit-out sales or a related advisory role. • Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, finishes and fit-out solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills. • Ability to understand client needs and recommend practical, aesthetically appealing solutions. • Previous experience in the UAE interior design or fit-out industry is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
