Architect / Interior Designer

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts for villas, kitchens, bathrooms, and residential fit-out projects. • Develop 2D floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. • Prepare 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations for clients. • Conduct site visits and take measurements of existing spaces. • Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. • Suggest suitable layouts, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and color schemes. • Prepare design proposals and presentations to support quotations and project approvals. • Coordinate with MEP engineers, site supervisors, carpenters, and other teams to ensure design feasibility. • Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and site conditions. • Prepare material selections and assist with quantity take-offs when required. • Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements and applicable UAE regulations. • Support the sales team with design concepts and presentations for new client inquiries. • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. • Previous experience in interior design, architectural design, renovation, or fit-out projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. • Experience with 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools. • Knowledge of kitchen layouts, bathroom designs, villa renovations, and interior finishes. • Good understanding of space planning, materials, and construction drawings. • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. • A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required. • UAE experience in renovation or fit-out projects will be an advantage.
