Interior Designer & Architect

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer / Architect to join our growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, excellent knowledge of materials and finishes, and practical experience in interior design and fit-out projects from concept to execution . Responsibilities: • Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. • Prepare mood boards, layouts, material selections, 3D visualizations, and client presentations. • Prepare detailed working drawings, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and joinery details. • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements. • Present concepts, 3D visuals, and material selections to clients. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. • Conduct site visits and coordinate design adjustments during execution. • Ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and required quality standards. • Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . • 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design and fit-out projects. • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max with Corona Renderer or V-Ray . • Good knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop . • Good understanding of UAE interior design and fit-out practices . • Ability to prepare and read detailed technical and working drawings. • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. • Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. • Previous UAE experience is preferred . • UAE driving license is an advantage . • Portfolio is required .
