Senior Sales Engineer – Interior Design, Fitout & Joinery Business

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in the interior fit-out and joinery projects. • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong conversion rate of clients and increase business through negotiation with clients, closing of orders, also collection of receivables, etc. • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients & their purchase/projects heads, ensuring orders, satisfaction and repeat business. • Consultant Networking: Establish and nurture excellent contacts with local key consultants in UAE, ensuring the company is specified for interior fit-out jobs and joinery business opportunities. • Proposal Development: Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, preparation & submission of tenders. • Collaboration: Work closely with estimation, design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction. • The candidate should preferably have a Degree / Diploma in Engineering / MBA with around 10 years of relevant sales experience in UAE with good product knowledge in the Joinery / Fitout industry. • Experience in the UAE Sales market with Consultant, Developers, Interior Designers & Main Contractors. • Fair knowledge of drawing / engineering aspects. • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations & social media to develop sales. • Possession of a valid driving license. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
