Fit out Sales Executive – Engineering Consultancy

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering consultancy and authority approval services. • Generate leads through CRM platforms, LinkedIn, digital prospecting and cold calling. • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers. • Conduct client meetings, sales calls and site visits to understand project requirements and present suitable services. • Prepare proposals, follow up on enquiries and negotiate to close sales. • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline. • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial client engagement and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. • Craft compelling and technically sound proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our engineering and fit-out services. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the engineering consultancy or interior fit-out industries within the dubai market. • Good understanding of UAE authority approval processes. • Strong network of contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers. • Demonstrated lead generation and client acquisition skills. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • UAE driving licence preferred. • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets. • In-depth knowledge of construction, engineering principles, and fit-out project lifecycles.
