Interior Designer or Architect / Draftsman

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer / Draftsperson to join our in-house design team. This is a multi-skilled role covering design, 3D modelling, rendering and shop drawings for residential fit-out and joinery, working closely with our senior designer and project manager. • Shop drawings for residential fit-out: tile, ceiling, bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe, walk-in closet and joinery layouts • 3D modelling and realistic visualization uses Revit / sketchup and renderings in V-Ray or Corona or similar • Design concepts, material and finish selections, client presentations and coordination • Coordination with site team, suppliers and contractors; support on project planning • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Civil Engineering with strong drafting portfolio also considered) • Revit,Sketch up, AutoCAD, and V-Ray or Corona and Canvas or indesign • Solid knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation and joinery detailing • Experience in a UAE fit-out or renovation company is a strong plus • Confident, solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and presence in front of clients • UAE driving licence is a plus Send your CV and Portfolio
