Human Resources Manager

About the role We re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function in Abu Dhabi. You ll manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, and help build a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning Manage employee relations, performance reviews and engagement initiatives Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits administration Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations Handle visas, work permits and other government-related processes Support Emiratisation goals and reporting Develop and update HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM or similar preferred 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Arabic language skills are a strong advantage UAE or GCC experience preferred
