HSEQ Manager / DPA / CSO (Tanker)

We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager / DPA / CSO who is rigorous and a self-starter, with a proven record in developing and then running a new SMS that fits the organisation and will be actually used by the crew. This role will require a Master or Chief Engineer of tankers with at least 5 years' experience ashore in HSEQ, qualified as a Lead Auditor, Incident Investigations, DPA and CSO. With strong knowledge of TMSA and the discipline of self-assessment and improvement planning, you will have experience of DOC and SMC audits. Prior experience of operating in West Africa is also required, including security requirements and MLC / ISPS compliance in Nigerian ports.
