HR Specialist

• Support implementation of manpower activation plan and workforce maturity roadmap. • Contribute to workforce planning by maintaining role lists, grade information, hiring timelines, vacancies, • and staffing assumptions. • Support the development and update of job descriptions, role requirements, competency expectations, and • organizational documentation. • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job description preparation, role requirements, vacancy • tracking, interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and onboarding support. • Maintain workforce trackers, employee records, grade information, manpower updates, and HR • documentation. • Coordinate with entity shared services and relevant HR stakeholders on employment processes, onboarding, • employee services, and HR requests. • Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation materials, access requests, policy briefings, • and internal coordination. • Support performance management processes, including objective-setting documentation, performance • tracking, and follow-up. • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Language: Arabic only. Contract: 6 Months- Renewable contract.
