HR Operations Executive

• Develop, implement, and monitor employee and departmental KPIs. • Manage performance appraisals, evaluations, promotions, and salary reviews. • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, WPS, attendance, overtime, and leave administration. • Manage employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews, and exit formalities. • Coordinate employment visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, renewals, and cancellations. • Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, grievance handling, and retention. • Coordinate manpower planning, deployment, and mobilization across construction projects. • Monitor project-wise manpower costs and identify workforce optimization opportunities. • Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance. • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, payroll, attrition, performance, and manpower costs. • Coordinate recruitment and training requirements with department heads and project teams. • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, contracting, MEP, or infrastructure companies. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, payroll, and visa processes. • Practical experience in KPI development and performance management. • Experience handling project-based and site workforce operations. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting. • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. • Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with senior management. Preferred: Candidates currently working in UAE construction or contracting companies.
