Job description

HR Operations • Manage employee lifecycle processes including Recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and related HR letters. • Ensure all employee files are compliant with company and legal requirements. Visa & Government Relations • Coordinate visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and labor contracts. • Liaise with PROs, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders regarding employee documentation. • Monitor visa and labor card expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. Payroll & Attendance • Support monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records. • Verify employee data for payroll accuracy. • Handle employee queries related to salary, leave balances, and benefits. Employee Relations • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. • Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes. • Assist in conducting employee engagement and retention activities. Compliance & Labour Law • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and MoHRE requirements. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information. • Support HR audits and compliance reviews. • Ensure workplace policies align with health, safety, and employment regulations. HR Reporting • Generate HR reports including headcount, turnover, leave, attendance, and visa status reports. • Maintain HR databases and HRMS records. • Support management with workforce-related reporting and analysis. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • HR certification is an advantage. • 2–5 years of HR Operations experience in the UAE. • Experience in manpower, staffing, facilities management, or outsourcing industry preferred. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MoHRE regulations. • Experience in visa and immigration processes. • Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and leave administration. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
