Joinery Estimator / Operations engineer /site Engineer

The Site Engineer / Operations Engineer / Joinery Estimator is responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating project execution, and preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. • Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress. • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain project documentation. • Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times. • Resolve site-related technical and operational issues. • Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for estimation purposes. • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for joinery and fit-out works. • Calculate material, labor, and production costs. • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. • Support tender submissions, budgeting, and project cost control. • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and support project handover. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field. • 2+ years of experience in site engineering, operations, or joinery estimation. • Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. • Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
