HR and Admin Assistant

Administration: • Manage renewals of Trade License, Ejari/Tawtheeq, Civil Defense, Chamber, DCD, maintenance, cleaning and pest control contracts. • Handle utility bills, 24x7 invoices, LPOs, miscellaneous letters and administrative documentation. • Manage company, property, vehicle and employee insurance renewals and claims. • Coordinate vehicle insurance, Mulkiya renewals and insurance claims. • Manage Qatar & Kuwait legal documents including CR, Establishment Card, licenses and related renewals. • Coordinate property/staff accommodation tenancy and Ejari renewals. • Coordinate with mall management and provide required documents. • Manage maintenance contracts and property-related requirements. • Arrange travel and hotel bookings for senior management. • Coordinate employee birthday arrangements and other administrative activities. • Handle sale permits and other miscellaneous tasks. HR Responsibilities: • Cross-check monthly payroll for UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar . • Handle Kuwait payroll and leave management. • Prepare warning letters and appraisal letters. • Maintain accurate HR and administrative records. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in Administration/HR Administration . • Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. • Experience in UAE and GCC administration is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
