HR & Administration Officer

About the Role Guildhall is running this search for a world leading EPC contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the Gulf. The business is mobilising an international workforce across several active project fronts. This is a hands-on HR and administration seat, not a policy role you will be the one in front of immigration counters and labour ministries, not writing memos about them. The mandate includes occasional rotation into Saudi Arabia and other Gulf markets as project mobilisation picks up. The role • Own visa, work permit and labour card processing for the UAE workforce • Liaise directly with Ministries of Labour and immigration authorities • Ensure ongoing compliance with local immigration and labour regulations • Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for local and expatriate staff • Handle reception, hospitality and general office administration • Travel for 1 2 month rotational assignments to Saudi Arabia or similar markets What you'll bring • Fluent Arabic as a genuine working language speaking, reading and writing • Fluency in the languages used by the workforce and management is required. • Bachelor's degree or above, any discipline • 3+ years in government relations, visa administration or HR in the Middle East • Working knowledge of UAE labour law and government online systems • Willingness to rotate into Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries when needed
