**Hiring: Business Lead – FI Cross\-Sell Activation** **Location:** Qatar We are looking for an experienced **Business Lead – FI Cross\-Sell Activation** to drive cross\-selling initiatives across Financial Institutions (FI) clients in Turkey and Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding client relationships, increasing product penetration, and delivering revenue growth through Lending, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), and Global Markets (GM) solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive cross\-sell activation and revenue growth across existing FI clients. * Develop and execute client engagement and coverage strategies. * Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective FI relationships. * Promote integrated banking solutions, including Lending, GTB, Cash Management, Trade Finance, FX, Treasury, and Global Markets products. * Improve onboarding, fulfillment, and client lifecycle management processes. * Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product teams to deliver client\-focused solutions. * Support governance, reporting, and strategic business initiatives. **Requirements** * Minimum **12 years of banking experience**. * Strong background in **Financial Institutions Coverage, Corporate Banking, Lending, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), or Global Markets (GM)**. * Proven experience in business development, cross\-selling, client relationship management, and revenue growth. * Strong understanding of FI banking products, cash management, lending, and global markets. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen. * Experience in the Turkey and/or Egypt banking markets is preferred. * **Based in Qatar.** * **Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.** **Interested candidates** who meet the above requirements are invited to share their updated CVs.
