**Hiring: Business Analyst – FI Cross\-Sell Activation** **Location:** Qatar We are seeking a highly motivated **Business Analyst – FI Cross\-Sell Activation** to support strategic initiatives across Financial Institutions (FI) clients in Turkey and Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, banking operations, and client lifecycle management, with the ability to identify cross\-sell opportunities and drive process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze Financial Institution (FI) portfolios to identify cross\-sell opportunities and revenue growth potential. * Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, and Operations teams. * Support the design and implementation of operating models, onboarding processes, and client engagement frameworks. * Map and optimize end\-to\-end onboarding, fulfillment, and monitoring processes. * Assist in product enhancement initiatives and support implementation of approved business solutions. * Coordinate with business, operations, product, risk, and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Prepare governance reports, monitor KPIs, and track implementation progress. **Requirements** * **7–10 years of banking experience.** * Experience in **Financial Institutions, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Global Markets (GM), Lending, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation** roles. * Strong understanding of FI banking products, client lifecycle management, cash management, GTB, and Global Markets solutions. * Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis. * Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multi\-product banking environments is an advantage. * **Based in Qatar.** * **Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.** **Interested candidates** who meet the above requirements are invited to share their updated CVs.
