**Hiring: Business Analyst – Credit \& Risk Excellence** **Location:** Qatar We are seeking a highly analytical **Business Analyst – Credit \& Risk Excellence** to support credit transformation initiatives through business analysis, process redesign, policy enhancement, and risk framework implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Credit, Risk, Finance, and Business teams to improve portfolio performance and strengthen risk governance. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze portfolio performance, credit trends, and risk\-adjusted returns. * Support the redesign of credit processes, approval workflows, and governance frameworks. * Assist in developing RAROC models, risk analytics, and portfolio reporting. * Gather business requirements and support implementation of credit policy enhancements. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to deliver risk transformation initiatives. * Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance analytics. **Requirements** * **7–10 years of banking experience** in **Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Risk Analytics, Credit Governance, or Business Analysis**. * Experience supporting credit transformation, policy enhancement, or risk management initiatives. * Strong knowledge of RAROC, portfolio analytics, and credit risk principles. * Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. * Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. * **Based in Qatar.** * **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.** **Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to share their updated CVs.** Work Location: In person
