HEAD OF PARTS LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION

• Strategically manage and oversee large-scale, multi-location warehouses and distribution operations. • Drive operational efficiency through innovative systems, process improvements and productivity enhancement initiatives. • Ensure effective inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution and supply chain operations. • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, safety and legal compliance requirements. • Leverage ERP/SAP and technology-driven solutions to strengthen operational controls, reporting and business efficiency. • Lead, motivate and develop a large workforce through structured training, performance management and competency development. • Provide effective logistics and distribution support to all Business Heads across the organisation. • Manage international sourcing and distribution operations involving multiple distributorships of automotive aftermarket parts, lubricants, tyres and batteries, with imports from various countries and exports to international markets. • Establish performance standards, operational KPIs and accountability across all locations. • Engineering Graduate with a Postgraduate Degree / Management Qualification. • Minimum 20+ years of relevant professional experience in senior-level parts logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain management. • Proven track record of managing large, multi-location warehouse and distribution operations. • Strong leadership, manpower management and organisational development capabilities. • Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and technology-driven business processes. • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, inventory controls and international logistics. • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and execution skills. • GCC experience will be a distinct advantage. • Preferred age profile: 45 years and above.
