Head of Middle East Distribution

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, partners, and stakeholders across the GCC and wider Middle East region. • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy tailored to the unique market dynamics of the Middle East, driving market penetration and revenue growth. • Oversee the entire distribution network, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt distribution strategies accordingly. • Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regional regulations. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing distribution team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of distribution channels and identify areas for optimization. • Manage the distribution budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment for all distribution-related activities. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and customs requirements across different Middle Eastern countries. • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for operational efficiency. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Adaptability and resilience to navigate the complexities and rapid changes of emerging markets. • Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
