Graduate HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed. • Maintain employee records and update HR databases. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
