General Manager – Beauty & Personal Care Distribution

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and develop our beauty and personal care products trading and distribution business in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding distribution channels, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with pharmacy chains, retailers, suppliers, and international beauty brands. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the company's daily business operations, commercial activities, and distribution strategy. • Develop and implement business plans to increase sales, market share, and profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, pharmacy purchasing departments, key retailers, distributors, and business partners. • Identify and secure new business opportunities, distribution agreements, and strategic partnerships with international beauty and personal care brands. • Expand the company's presence across pharmacies, beauty stores, supermarkets, e-commerce channels, and other relevant retail channels. • Lead and supervise sales and business development teams, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs. • Manage key accounts, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, trade promotions, and annual sales plans. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business reports, and performance analyses. • Monitor revenue, operating costs, gross margins, profitability, and overall business performance. • Develop effective distribution coverage and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain product availability and efficient order fulfillment. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and new opportunities within the cosmetics and personal care sectors. • Support the launch and growth of new brands and products in the UAE market. • Ensure business activities comply with applicable UAE laws, product registration requirements, and relevant regulatory standards. • Report business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to company management. Desired Candidate Profile • 5–10 years of relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, pharmaceutical distribution, or FMCG. • Proven experience in a General Manager, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, Distribution Manager, or Business Development leadership role. • Strong practical experience dealing with pharmacy chains, pharmacy procurement teams, major retailers, and key accounts. • Good understanding of the UAE or GCC beauty and personal care distribution market. • Demonstrated ability to develop distribution networks, acquire new accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and increase sales. • Experience managing sales teams, business targets, budgets, and profitability. • Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of product distribution, inventory planning, pricing, trade promotions, and supply chain coordination. • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. • Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply, provided they meet the required qualifications Preferred Advantage: Existing relationships with pharmacy chains, distributors, retailers, and beauty brand owners in the UAE or GCC will be considered a strong advantage.
