Foreman

• Supervise daily workshop fabrication and site installation activities. • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Allocate work and monitor the performance of fabricators, welders and helpers. • Coordinate cutting, CNC laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly and finishing. • Inspect product dimensions, quality and workmanship. • Monitor job progress, material requirements and delivery schedules. • Coordinate installation • Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and report progress to management. • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication or a related technical field. • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of SS/MS fabrication, welding and installation. • Ability to read technical drawings and manage workshop teams. • Good planning, problem-solving and coordination skills.
