Fleet Transport Coordinator

**Job Summary:** Por Amor a Puebla Logistics is seeking an organized Fleet Transport Coordinator to schedule dispatch routes, monitor driver performance, manage freight tracking, and ensure the safe and timely delivery of regional supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule daily freight dispatches, assign loads to drivers, and route commercial vehicles to optimize fuel and delivery efficiency. * Monitor real\-time transport routes using GPS tracking tools to resolve traffic delays, weather issues, or delivery disruptions. * Communicate continuously with drivers, warehouse loading teams, and clients to provide accurate delivery ETAs and shipment updates. * Maintain strict records of driver hours, fuel logs, vehicle mileage, freight manifests, and toll expenses. * Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and immediate repairs to prevent fleet downtime. * Ensure all drivers comply with road safety regulations, vehicle weight limits, and company transportation protocols. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in fleet dispatch, freight coordination, or regional transport logistics. * **Skills:** Proficient in GPS tracking systems, route optimization software, fleet management platforms, and spreadsheet data entry. * **Competencies:** Strong geographical knowledge of the region, calm problem\-solving under pressure, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
