Delivery Fleet Supervisor

**Job Summary:** Taxsol Logistics is seeking an efficient and proactive Delivery Fleet Supervisor to manage daily delivery fleet dispatches, oversee delivery drivers, optimize distribution routes, maintain vehicle performance, and ensure safe and on\-time shipment deliveries to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily delivery fleet dispatches, route planning, and driver assignments to optimize fuel efficiency and operational delivery schedules. * Supervise delivery drivers and couriers, monitoring performance, attendance, and adherence to customer delivery service level agreements (SLAs). * Track fleet vehicles in real time using GPS and dispatch management software to resolve route delays, traffic issues, and delivery exceptions. * Manage vehicle routine maintenance schedules, safety inspections, fuel management logs, and emergency repair responses. * Enforce driver compliance with road safety laws, cargo loading limits, secure tie\-down protocols, and company transport policies. * Resolve client delivery inquiries, manage proof\-of\-delivery (POD) documentation, and prepare daily operational performance reports. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in last\-mile delivery, fleet management, or logistics transport. * **Skills:** Proficient with GPS tracking platforms, fleet management software, route optimization tools, and MS Excel. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, practical problem\-solving under pressure, clear communication, and excellent time management skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٤٬٦٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
