Fleet Manager

Fleet Operations & Management • Oversee the complete fleet lifecycle , including vehicle acquisition, onboarding, maintenance, and disposal. • Implement industry best practices to improve fleet performance, operational efficiency, and compliance . • Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI adherence with workshops, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies. • Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to enhance fleet management systems and reporting capabilities. • Develop strategies to improve vehicle utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs . We’re looking for a Fleet Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, operational leadership, and process optimization skills . Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering . Experience: • 5+ years in fleet management , with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing mechanical and body repair operations. Technical Skills & Knowledge: • In-depth understanding of automobile maintenance, body repair, and diagnostics . • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP fleet management systems . • Experience with vendor negotiations, SLA management, and fleet compliance regulations .
