Fleet supervisor

Job Description A leading logistics company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and proactive **Fleet Supervisor** to join our growing team. About the Role As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, monitor driver performance, optimize fleet utilization, and ensure timely delivery operations while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the day\-to\-day operations of the company's fleet and drivers. * Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and performance to maximize operational efficiency. * Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle servicing schedules. * Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with regulatory requirements, licensing, insurance, and safety standards. * Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other fleet\-related expenses to improve cost efficiency. * Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transportation activities. * Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and breakdowns, and implement corrective actions. * Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance history, inspections, registrations, and driver documentation. * Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies and road safety regulations. * Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance, reduce downtime, and enhance operational productivity. * Prepare fleet performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
