Fleet Officer

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the fleet, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. • Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices. • Manage vehicle maintenance and repair programs, minimizing downtime and maximizing vehicle lifespan through proactive strategies. • Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • Has a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in fleet management, with a strong understanding of the transportation industry. • Demonstrates experience with various vehicle types, including cars, trucks, and specialized equipment; shows versatility in fleet management.
