Logistics Fleet Dispatcher

**Job Summary:** Tay Than Thar Operations is seeking an organized Logistics Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate driver schedules, track transport routes, manage vehicle dispatches, and ensure the timely, secure movement of cargo and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and fleet vehicles to optimize fuel efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. * Monitor real\-time fleet movements using GPS tracking tools and resolve route delays, bad weather, or traffic issues. * Communicate continuously with drivers, site managers, and clients regarding delivery status and schedule adjustments. * Log dispatch records, cargo manifests, fuel receipts, and driver duty hours in accordance with transportation guidelines. * Coordinate vehicle preventive maintenance and report mechanical breakdowns for swift repair. * Ensure all drivers adhere to safety standards, route permissions, and vehicle weight regulations. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in dispatching, fleet management, or logistics routing operations. * **Skills:** Proficiency in GPS tracking software, fleet management systems, route optimization, and MS Excel. * **Competencies:** Sharp multi\-tasking skills, strong clear communication, calm problem\-solving under pressure, and geographic route awareness. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٤٬٧٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
