Financial Controller

• Lead bookkeeping, monthly/annual financial closes, and statutory reporting under listed company compliance norms. • Head interactions with internal and external statutory auditors, ensuring zero non-compliance. • Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization across plant operations. • Drive annual budgets, plant costing, CapEx tracking, and present monthly MIS packs with actionable variances to leadership. • Deliver clear financial insights and present regularly to the CFO, Board, and Audit Committee. • CA with 10–15 years post-qualification experience (Manufacturing sector required). • 8+ years directly managing books and audit compliance for a publicly listed company. • Expertise in core accounting, statutory audits, treasury, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). • Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong executive presence.
