Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of the School's financial operations, including: • Maintaining strong accounting systems and ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS. • Managing budget preparation, monitoring Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow and bank reconciliations. • Ensuring proper reconciliation and maintenance of financial records. • Overseeing the finalization of annual accounts and ensuring timely completion of financial closing procedures. • Coordinating with external auditors, preparing audit schedules, supporting documents and other information required for the audit. • Strengthening and monitoring internal financial controls and ensuring compliance with approved financial policies and procedures. • Providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis to the School Management to support effective decision-making. Candidates should possess CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA / CIMA / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent recognized professional qualification. 5-10 years of total relevant experience, with at least 35 years of experience in a senior finance/accounting supervisory or managerial position
