Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to independently manage the complete finance and accounting function of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and factory finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Finance & Costing:
- Manage entire product costing, BOM costing, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Inventory valuation, WIP valuation, and stock reconciliation
- Variance analysis (Standard vs. Actual) and control on material consumption & wastage
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements as per IFRS
- Finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet, P&L, and Management Reporting (MIS)
- Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audits independently
3. Taxation & Statutory:
- Complete knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax
- Handling E-Invoicing compliance and other statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
4. Cash Flow & Treasury:
- Cash flow management, working capital management, and fund flow planning
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
5. Systems & Controls:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / other ERP)
- Implement strong internal financial controls and SOPs for the finance department
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Sales for financial controls
- Qualified CA with at least 5 years of experience (Manufacturing background is highly preferred)
- Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing costing & inventory accounting
- Expert in Financial Reporting, IFRS, Taxation, Audits, and E-Invoicing
- Proficient in Tally and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and lead the finance function
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ready to relocate / travel as per business requirement
