Finance Functional Specialist I Finance Automation

• Analyse and document end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C and R2R). • Identify manual processes, operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities. • Prepare functional requirements, business process documentation and user stories. • Work with SAP / Oracle / Dynamics ERP environments. • Define business rules, approval workflows and exception management processes. • Coordinate with AI automation, data engineering and application development teams. • Prepare test scenarios and support UAT. • Manage defect tracking and resolution. • Support implementation, go-live and user training. • Ensure compliance with finance controls and audit requirements. • 5–7 years of finance operations or ERP functional experience. • Strong AP, AR, GL and reconciliation knowledge. • Experience with SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics. • Understanding of finance controls, three-way matching and segregation of duties. • Experience in business requirement documentation. • Exposure to automation or system implementation projects. Good to Have • CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance. • UAE VAT / GST and e-invoicing knowledge. • Power Automate / RPA / Process Mining. • MS Excel and Power BI. Candidate Profile: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management.
