Oracle NetSuite Finance Techno-Functional Specialist

• Support, configure, and maintain Oracle NetSuite financial modules and workflows. • Provide functional support for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) . • Manage bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepayments, amortization, and intercompany transactions . • Maintain Chart of Accounts (COA), financial reports, saved searches, and dashboards . • Configure approval workflows, user roles, and access permissions . • Handle data imports, system troubleshooting, and end-user support across Finance and Procurement. • Assist with month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits . • Coordinate with implementation partners for system testing, enhancements, and user training . • Maintain process documentation and support procure-to-pay activities . • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field . • 2–3 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience in configuration, implementation, or support. • Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting . • Experience with NetSuite workflows, SuiteFlow, saved searches, reporting, and data imports . • Knowledge of user roles, permissions, and system configuration . • Basic understanding of procurement and procure-to-pay processes . • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and end-user support skills . • NetSuite certification, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, or IFRS 17 knowledge will be an added advantage. • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency environments is preferred.
