Field Operator - Air Separation Unit

• Operate and monitor the Air Separation Unit (ASU) to ensure optimal production of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon according to demand. • Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on ASU equipment, including compressors, heat exchangers, and distillation columns, to minimize downtime. • Respond promptly to alarms and process upsets, diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain safe and efficient operation. • Collect and analyze process samples to ensure product purity and quality meet stringent specifications. • High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., process operations, mechanical technology) is highly preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an operator in an industrial plant, preferably within an Air Separation Unit or cryogenic processing environment. • Proven ability to understand and interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and process flow diagrams. • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating and static equipment. • Relevant experience in industrial plant operations. Strong understanding of process safety and operational procedures. Hands-on experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and plant operations. Supervisory experience for Operations Supervisor positions. • We are particularly interested in candidates with previous manufacturing and process plant operations experience in: Hydrogen production Ammonia production Methanol production Air Separation Units (ASU) Petrochemical and other process industries
