Job description

Manage leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and online advertisements. Contact prospective patients and explain available offers. Follow up with enquiries and convert them into appointments. Maintain lead records and daily conversion reports. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure appointment attendance. Requirements Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience in tele sales, customer service, lead generation or healthcare is preferred. Good computer skills and the ability to work towards targets. A positive attitude and professional telephone manner
