• Engage potential customers through outbound calls, delivering clear and persuasive product/service information. • Increase office footfall by converting inquiries into confirmed office appointments and walk-ins. • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to improve appointment attendance and conversion rates. • Handle client questions and objections professionally, especially regarding job details, process, and service fees. • Confirm appointments, share the office location, and remind clients before their scheduled visits. • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, walk-ins, and lead status in the company database. • Coordinate with the sales consultants to ensure a smooth handover when clients visit the office. • Work towards daily and monthly targets for successful appointments, office walk-ins, and qualified leads. • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role, ideally 1-2 years. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
