Telemarketing Executive

The Telemarketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce hospital services, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective clients through available treatments and appointment options. The Telemarketing Executive will qualify leads, maintain accurate records in customer databases, and follow up with potential and existing clients to support appointment bookings and service utilization. The role includes coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience, handling basic information requests, and escalating complex queries appropriately. Daily responsibilities also include meeting call and conversion targets, adhering to hospital communication standards, and contributing feedback to improve telemarketing scripts and client outreach campaigns. Qualifications • Strong lead generation and sales skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert inquiries into appointments or service bookings. • Demonstrated customer service and customer support skills, focused on delivering a professional, empathetic, and privacy-conscious client experience. • Excellent communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain medical and cosmetic services in accessible language. • Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or healthcare customer engagement is highly desirable. • Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM or call management software. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Arab National Only • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. • Preferably with Healthcare Experience
