Executive - Procurement (Furniture)

• Manage daily procurement and convert PRs to POs. • Mandatory experience in Interior/ Fit out / Furniture • Ensure timely availability of materials for production. • Source and develop new and alternate suppliers. • Get quotations and negotiate prices and terms. • Track orders, deliveries, payments, and lead times. • Control inventory and avoid stock-outs. • Follow up on supplier issues and GRN queries. • Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, Planning, and Logistics. • Identify cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure procurement processes and ERP records are maintained properly. • Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. • Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or interior-related industries preferred. • Good knowledge of materials and suppliers. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • ERP and Excel knowledge. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
