Procurement Coordinator

• Source and purchase materials, furniture, and accessories for interior design and fit-out projects. • Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices. • Prepare purchase orders (LPOs) and maintain procurement records. • Coordinate with local and international suppliers. • Follow up on orders, shipments, deliveries, and customs clearance. • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure timely material availability. • Monitor procurement costs, quality, and delivery schedules. • Maintain good supplier relationships and ensure purchases meet project requirements and approved budgets. • Previous experience in procurement, preferably in interior design or fit-out. • Knowledge of local and international suppliers. • Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. • Experience in quotations, LPOs, and supplier follow-ups. • Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and customs clearance is an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
