Executive Pastry Chef – Kuwait

A leading and well\-known premium sweets factory in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our production, innovation, and pastry operations. Requirements \- Minimum 10 years of professional pastry experience, including leadership of large teams and multiple branches. \- Expertise in cake decorating, celebration cakes, premium desserts, delivery desserts, chocolate, bakery, and pastry production. \- Strong background in R\&D, product innovation, recipe development, and seasonal collections. \- Proven experience in managing central kitchens or large\-scale production facilities. \- Strong knowledge of food costing, quality systems, production planning, and team development. \- Creative, hands\-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. \- GCC experience is preferred.
