Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Sales Executive** to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, visiting customers, following up on quotations and orders, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential customers in Kuwait. * Conduct regular customer visits and sales meetings. * Promote the company’s printing, packaging, and related services. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services. * Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. * Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding balances. * Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. * Generate new sales leads and business opportunities. * Coordinate with production, estimation, accounts, and customer service teams. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Submit regular sales activity and customer follow\-up reports. * Maintain accurate customer and sales records. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Requirements * Minimum **3 years of sales experience in Kuwait**. * Good spoken and written English is mandatory. * Arabic communication skills will be an advantage. * Valid Kuwait driving licence is mandatory. * Must have own car. * Good knowledge of the Kuwait market. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to independently generate leads and visit customers. * Good follow\-up and organisational skills. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. * Target\-driven, responsible, punctual, and self\-motivated. * Printing press, packaging, or related industry experience will be an advantage. * Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred. * Immediate availability will be an advantage.
