About the Role Responsible for maintaining BSS platforms to ensure their high availability, reliability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as collaboration with various departments to support and enhance BSS applications. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain BSS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. * Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations. * Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. * Work with developers and business analysts to design and implement integration solutions. * Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements. * Ensure that all integrations and developments comply with company standards and best practices. * Lead and participate in BSS\-related projects, ensuring timely and within\-budget completion. * Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. * Track project progress and provide regular updates to management. * Conduct training sessions for end\-users on BSS applications and new functionalities. * Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users. * Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing the BSS platforms. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the BSS platforms. * Develop and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations. * Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
