Job description
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to social enterprises, nonprofits, and mission\-driven organizations to help them achieve sustainable growth, financial stability, and measurable social impact. The role combines business strategy with social impact principles to develop practical solutions that balance financial and community objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess social enterprise business models, operations, financial performance, and social impact.
Develop strategies for sustainable growth, revenue generation, and organizational development.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.
Advise clients on business planning, pricing, partnerships, and revenue diversification.
Develop social impact measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems.
Identify opportunities for new products, services, markets, and funding sources.
Support development of business plans, investment proposals, grant applications, and funding strategies.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, and strategic planning sessions.
Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and sustainability plans.
Build relationships with investors, donors, government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and community organizations.
Support partnership development and cross\-sector collaboration.
Advise organizations on governance, organizational structure, and capacity building.
Monitor project progress and evaluate financial and social outcomes.
Prepare consulting reports, presentations, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans.
Support clients in implementing recommended strategies and managing organizational change.
Stay informed about social innovation, impact investing, sustainability, and social enterprise trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Economics, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in consulting, social enterprise, nonprofit management, business development, or social impact.
Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial management, and social impact principles.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience developing business plans, financial models, and impact measurement frameworks.
Ability to work with diverse organizations, communities, and stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience in impact investing, ESG, sustainability, or community development is an advantage.
Pay: KD700\.000 per month
Work Location: In person
