Engineering Manager

Run the technical and coordination side of live high-rise or commercial sites in Dubai. Sit across structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical teams daily. Hold sub-contractors accountable for programme, quality and output. Manage budgets, cost reporting, variance claims and settlements. Review and approve design changes, materials and cost estimates. Report directly to the Project Director on technical and site matters. Civil engineering degree, with professional certification where applicable. 15-20 years in high-rise, commercial or industrial construction. Direct experience supervising major construction sites, not office-based review. Classified Unlimited Floors Engineer status. Strong budget management, cost reporting and claims experience. Proven ability coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
