Projects Director

The role Own governance across a live portfolio of high-rise and supertall tower developments Report directly to the Board as the top escalation point on project risk Lead multi-disciplinary teams from design through to handover The role involves technical oversight of complex high-rise construction methods. Administer FIDIC Red/Yellow Book contracts and manage JV and consortium agreements Hold full accountability for portfolio budgets, cash flow and final accounts Manage EOT claims, variations and contractual negotiations at executive level Liaise directly with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence Coordinate with master developers where projects sit within wider master plans 15-20+ years in construction, 8+ years at Projects Director or Construction Director level Proven delivery of large-scale high-rise construction projects. The role involves managing large-value construction portfolios. A career built almost entirely within tier-1 international contracting firms FIDIC contract administration and JV or consortium management experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management Chartered status (MICE, MCIOB or MRICS) and PMP preferred Relevant local regulatory accreditations are an advantage.
