• The Emergency Nurse 4 (EMS Observation Team Lead) provides advanced nursing care while supporting daily unit operations, patient safety, quality standards, and team effectiveness. • The role involves managing complex cases, mentoring junior nurses, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and contributing to improvements in clinical practices and operational workflows. • Provide advanced nursing care and manage complex patient cases in the emergency or observation setting. • This is an experienced clinical nursing role with team-lead responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate strong emergency nursing experience, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to support junior staff and daily unit operations. • Final eligibility is subject to the employer’s requirements, credential verification, and applicable Saudi professional licensing requirements. • 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing • Minimum 4-6 years total experience including 3 years in Emergency Care or related field • Current licensure as a professional registered nurse • Basic Life Support (BLS) • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
