CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR - Saudi Arabia

• Develop and deliver nursing education, training, and orientation programmes. • Assess staff competencies and identify training needs. • Mentor nurses and provide clinical guidance. • Promote evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety. • Support accreditation, quality improvement, and clinical policy development. • Evaluate new technologies and improve clinical workflows. • Participate in staff development and patient safety initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least six years of total applicable experience. • A master’s degree and/or clinical teaching certificate is preferred • Role requires experience in perioperative, (OPPA, Day Surgery, PACU, OR) and dialysis.
